We made these kilns from 2004 until 2010. The primary model was the R2427 which was 24" wide by 20" deep by 27" high. 

Another model which we sold a few of was a smaller R1618 (16" wide by 16" deep by 24" high approximately).

The closest instruction manual for this kiln would be for the Easy-Load kilns.
